At MRAJ Spices, we always strive to deliver fresh and high-quality masalas like Biryani Masala, Pani Puri Masala, Pav Bhaji Masala, Fried Chicken Masala, and many more directly to your doorstep. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order due to unexpected reasons. To make the process transparent, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:
Eligibility for Cancellation
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders due to unexpected changes. To make the process simple and transparent, we allow cancellations only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partner for delivery, it enters the shipping stage and therefore cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review their cart details, delivery address, and payment method before confirming the purchase to avoid inconvenience later. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team at the earliest with your order number, and we will assist you promptly. Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated as per our standard refund timelines once the cancellation is confirmed.
Process for Cancellation
To request a cancellation, customers are required to get in touch with our support team through email, phone, or WhatsApp and provide their order number along with the reason for cancellation. Our team will quickly review the request and verify whether the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order is still in the processing stage, it will be cancelled immediately, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. In case the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will be informed accordingly. We encourage customers to place cancellation requests at the earliest to avoid delays, and our dedicated support team will make every effort to ensure that your request is handled in a smooth, fair, and transparent manner.

Once the request is verified, we will cancel the order and confirm via email/WhatsApp
Refund for Cancelled Orders
At M RAJ Spices,
If the payment was made online (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, etc.), the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment refund is applicable unless advance payment was made
Automatic Cancellation
At MRAJ Spices, certain situations may require us to cancel an order automatically in order to maintain smooth operations and ensure fairness to all our customers. An order may be cancelled if the payment is not confirmed within the required time frame, if the customer has provided incomplete or incorrect details such as an invalid shipping address or contact information, or if the ordered product is unexpectedly out of stock. In such cases, our system or customer support team will cancel the order and notify you immediately through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If any payment has already been made, a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy. We aim to keep our customers informed at every step so that there is complete transparency and no inconvenience during your shopping experience with MRAJ Spices.
Non-Cancellable Items
Customized gift packs, special combo offers, and promotional sale items are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Cancellation of Special Offers or Bulk Orders
Orders placed during special promotions, festive sales, or bulk purchases may have restricted cancellation options. Such orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless there is a genuine issue such as product unavailability or a verified error in processing. Customers are encouraged to double-check their selections during such sales to avoid inconvenience.
