At MRAJ Spices, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and delivering our masalas like Biryani Masala, Pani Puri Masala, Pav Bhaji Masala, Fried Chicken Masala, and others in the best condition. However, since our products are food-related items, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure fairness and hygiene.
Eligibility for Returns
At MRAJ Spices, we strive to deliver every order with the utmost care and quality, but in the rare event that something goes wrong, we gladly accept returns under specific conditions. Returns are applicable only if you have received the wrong product, if the packaging has been damaged during transit, if the item is defective, or if the product has expired upon delivery. To ensure a fair process, customers are required to raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear proof such as photographs or videos showing the issue. For a return or replacement to be approved, the product must be completely unused, unopened, and maintained in its original packaging exactly as delivered. Any item that has been tampered with, partially used, or does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, certain items are not eligible for return at MRAJ Spices. Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with in any way cannot be accepted back, as food items must remain sealed and safe for consumption. Similarly, items purchased during special sales, festive offers, or promotional discounts are non-returnable unless they are found to be damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery. Additionally, we cannot process returns for orders sent back without prior approval or communication with our customer support team. This ensures that the return process remains smooth, transparent, and fair for both our customers and us.
Refund Process
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our support team, we will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment, whether it is a debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet transaction. Please note that refunds are not always instant — it may take approximately 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time or your payment service provider’s policies. In rare cases where a refund to the original payment method is not possible due to technical or banking limitations, we may offer you an alternative solution such as store credit or a replacement product of equal value, ensuring that you do not face any loss. Our priority is to make the process as smooth, fair, and transparent as possible so that your shopping experience with MRAJ Spices remains worry-free
Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement at no extra cost once your claim has been verified by our support team. To make the process smooth, we may request clear images or videos of the product and packaging as proof. Please note that all replacements are subject to product availability—if the same item is in stock, we will dispatch it to you promptly. However, if the product is not available at the moment, we will process a full refund to your original mode of payment or issue a store credit as per your preference. Shipping Charges for Returns
At MRAJ Spices, we always strive to deliver the right product in perfect condition, but in the rare case that you receive a wrong item, a defective pack, or a product that has expired, we take full responsibility and will bear the return shipping costs. Your replacement or refund will be processed without any extra charges to you. However, if the return request is due to reasons other than our error—for example, if you ordered the wrong product by mistake, changed your mind after purchase, or no longer require the item—then the responsibility of return shipping charges will lie with the customer. In such cases, you will need to arrange and pay for the return courier service, and once the product is received in its original, unused, and sealed condition, we will process the refund or store credit as per our policy. This ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and hygiene standards of our food products.
Cancellation Policy
At MRAJ Spices, we allow customers to cancel their orders before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We request customers to review their cart carefully before confirming the purchase to avoid inconvenience.
